We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

If your item is damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours at info@technest-accessories.co.za with photos.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
